Our client, RECOOP – the Restoration and Conservation Co-op is seeking a suitable person to work as a full-time Administration Co-ordinator to ensure the smooth running of its administration.

Immediate Employment:

Candidates applying for this post should be available for immediate employment.

Duties include:

Invoicing, payments, preparation of quotations, telephone and email communication, scheduling of supplies, debtor control, administering of employee records and coordination of tender preparation and submission.

The ideal candidate should:
  • Be organised and meticulous
  • Have a high degree of commitment
  • Be flexible and can work on own initiative
  • Have excellent people and communication skills

Qualifications

Candidate should have at least a post-secondary level of education, should be fluent in English and should be conversant with Microsoft Office applications. Fluency in Maltese and experience in this field will be considered an asset.
